He sawed off big pieces of the tree and let them fall onto the lawn. It was winter and the ground was very soft, so I ended up with huge pits all over my front yard. He charged me an extra $50 to haul about a cord of wood to my friend 2 miles away. He told me he just dumped the wood, but I have a very strong feeling that he and his helper sold it for firewood. I realized later that other tree service people would have done it for much less. I only used him because my father had used him.
