 + -1 moreHe did extra work and would have gone with original estimated, which would not have been to his benefit. He went the extra mile with prep work. He was exacting with finding the correct porch step material.
Description of Work: Removed rotted porch step and 1x6 backstop board. Replaced with cedar material to match. Cut out visibly rotted shingles. Replaced with #1 grade shingles as needed. Caulked open corners of shingled deck balcony. Cleaned up site when left.
