Terrible customer service. Unclear estimates with hidden fees. Poor business ethics and untrained salesmen. Stay away, go with Best Overhead Doors instead.

"[member name removed], I am sorry you were un happy with the garage doors. I dont know where this review is coming from two years after the fact. We installed your doors in March of 2011. We gave you a discount on both the doors and up graded all of the on door hardware and rollers. From the very first estimate sheet to the total sale price we never changed our numbers. You paid the same amount you were originally quoted. 1180.00$. We pride ourselves in taking care of every single customer, we never lie to them and answer any question they have honestly about the product we are using weather it is good or bad. The review you wrote is 100% false, It really feels like you are trying to just bash our name. I hope the garage doors last you a life time and I wish your feelings about our company were different. Thank you for your time. TF Draper Company"

It went exceedingly well except that they under-estimated how long the project would take during the manufacturing process. We placed the order in late August and we were told that our doors would be finished and ready for installation in 6-8 weeks. It actually took 14 weeks. The installation were well, but they ordered decorative hinges for us that were too wide despite us having asked for the specifics regarding what space was available for the hinges. As a result, we had to wait for smaller sets of hinges to be ordered.
