Land Surveying
Stuntzner was the only land surveyor I could find that would mark a line between two existing monuments. Everyone else wanted to do a full survey costing between $2000-$2500. The only issue was that they came in >20% more than their estimate of $400-$500 without notifying us. The explanation given was that it took longer to setup equipment because they did not have line of sight between the south corners. Still, it was more economical than having a full survey.
