Radford Landcraft are good. I went over with them what I wanted for my project. They were good about being on time, prompt and coming in on bid. They do excellent work. They will be starting on another project this summer.

Loren drove 4 hours round trip to do our landscaping.  He provided us a detailed plan and schedule of what would take place throughout the entire project.  He was professional, always on time and communicated with us every step of the way.  When he was unable to locate a plant per our design he contacted both our designer and us to decide what would be the best alternative.  Unlike  a lot of other installers he was at the site every day doing the majority of the work himself.  When he brought in his crew they all were friendly and extremely hardworking.

The owner (Loren) and his ground worker arrived right on time at 7:30 am for the day's work. They took time to get set up first, and started with the trimming about 8 am, taking care not to disturb the neighborhood any earlier. They laid out all their tools neatly to the side, then worked easily and efficiently with Loren roped in the tree, and Josh on the ground helping take cut limbs down and disposing of the branches. All wood that was about 2-3" or larger was cut into firewood and stacked (with my help) in the wood pile onsite. The rest of the branches were loaded into the large trailer for disposal offsite. They took away two large loads by the end of the day. Large twigs and leaves were raked up and disposed of. At many points along the way, Loren took my suggestions as to which branches needed removal. Safety was a big concern, so while I was being consulted about each tree I had to wear a hard hat, just as the crew. I found them to be friendly, professional and careful to get the job done, and done right! Best of all the trees look great... a very professional job of thinning!
