+ -1 moreI told the office person that I was disappointed that they had not called back. I thought it was common courtesy to call back and see what my schedule needed to be. Other contractors covered that issue before ever sending out someone to estimate. The apology that followed fell on deaf ears, I had wasted time for a response that wasn't coming.
Description of Work: I contacted them on Aug 4 of this year requesting a bid for lawn and irrigation installation. I hadn't heard back from them in 2 weeks. When I called today, the office person contacted the landscape person, then called me back to say they were booked for 3-4 months for my type of project.
