Kerry was completely dishonest. He told us that it was going to be one price and it ended up being way over what he quoted in the end. We were caught off guard by his numbers. Mainly due to the fact that when any changes were being done is was because he made them without consulting us and we made him change it back. My husband had to correct Kerrys mistakes numerous times in regards to measurements and so on. Ridiculous. He was rude, condescending and not honest in his dealings. Would never recommend him to anyone.

Overall process was terrible, I should have fired him early on. Architect is so old school that he still draws plans by hand. He kept making design changes without customers agreement, then got mad when asked to change them back. Put project on hold for over a week after last review found a few correction were needed, and again claimed it was customers fault. Original price was around $5400 but after completing he totaling bloated the price with correction fees, additional hours, and engineering fee that was way higher. Final cost was over $10k! I talked him down to $9k as he was now way over my budget. Recommend not using this guy, if you do better get cost up front in writing otherwise he'll take you for all your worth!

He was very responsive to our request. Was on-time for meetings and returned our phone calls promptly. He was easy to work with he incorporated our ideas and came up with a very good design for our project. Will use him to do construction documents when we get to that point in the project.

I've been working with them for over a year on the plans.  I like that he listens to what you say he doesn't try to just push his own plan on you.  He tries to accommodate what your wishes are.  He works well for us. 

Kerry was very responsive, fast, and thorough. We were never waiting on him- he delivered when he said he would and was very helpful.
