GLENNS PLUMBING

We bought a new $ 750 toilet  in May of 2009.  It always leaked.  I called the orginial plumber  this morning and was told to expect at least a 200.00 service call. I hired a different plumber and was informed that our prize toilet was actually bottom of the line and that it needed an adjustment.  Cost me 85 dollar service  fee and we are set.  I won't call Glens plumbing ever again.

The plumbers were good. They were very responsive. They showed up and they got the job done. In my opinion they are a good outfit. The elderly gentleman that worked with them was very knowledgeable. He masterminded in getting the pump working. I don't recall the price we paid. The quality of work was good because the water is still flowing.

The leak was repaired but he did on clean the flux off the pipes and if I had been there I would not have allowed him to replace and charge me for new shower head.

Good until the end of the day when I got the bill.

Talked to Glenn's Plumbing on the phone since they installed the faucet; was told to check any obstruction in the top part of the faucet. When I asked if there were any other removable parts they said no. Representative was supposed to come at noon, showed up after 5 pm. Removed the obstruction by unscrewing the other removable part and laughed saying that this was typical.

The toilet leaked and went down into the kitchen. I think that they forgot to seal it. This was my only experience with this company, and that have had a bad day. They did come back out and fix it promptly. It was a minor problem to fix.
