We could't be happier with the results. Matt Benedict was very professional and took to heart our need to get this project done quickly but with attention to detail. Matt had the crew scheduled to a tee. There was someone on the project until completion. The crew was very respectful. I have already referred them to two neighbors. This project took jus a little over a week from start to finish. The new bathroom is beautiful, now to save some money to get the master bath done!

They did excellent work. It was in a condominium and we were not actually there when they did the remodel, but everything went smoothly. We had no problems at all. We would recommend using him again. We got a number of bids and they actually came in at a better price and did excellent work. They did everything we asked plus more. He did it at his own pace which was fine because we weren't there. He was always on time for appointments.

Matt Benedict did an excellent job on our home repair. He was very thorough in his assessment of the inside and outside structure, plumbing and electrical system. The repair entailed fixing floor and wall sections as well as correcting a wiring fault. Matt is highly skilled, thorough, punctual, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for home repairs.

We were referred to Element Homes to get a second bid, having expressed to friends our budget busting initial quote. Matt Benedict was able to meet with us within a few days. He talked through the project with us, a bathroom remodel in which we were serving as the general contractor, but needed a few specialities hired out. Before we saw Matt's quote, we knew we wanted to work with him. He was incredibly professional and just a joy to be around. We received the quote promptly, and scheduled the work. Prior to starting our job, Matt provided us with a drain for the plumber to install, which indicated to us that he was concerned about the overall product and finished appearance of his work when it tied in with that of other trades. Matt contacted us about the possibility of starting our job early, which he was able to do. In fact, Matt started our project a day early, when he could have easily extended his weekend (which happened to fall on a holiday).The quality of Matt's work is fantastic! He was tidy; alone in our home without issue, punctual, easy to communicate with. We have already started planning our next project with him.

We set up an appointment with Matt Benedict to go over our to-do list. We discussed materials, layouts, labor and a timeframe. Mr. Benedict was professional and courteous. He really listened to our concerns and provided helpful information with regard to our options. Once the work was started, Mr. Benedict followed through by showing up on time and stayed late until the work was done. Our bathroom floor wasn’t even so he spent time leveling the floor before installing the tile. The kitchen backsplash has a subtle, complex pattern that he meticulously followed to perfection. The front entrance looks amazing with the slate at an angle. We couldn’t be more ecstatic at how it all turned out! Everything was done at the highest professional grade. We were so happy with the outcome that we asked him to do a few more things…like add some stainless steel handles to our new kitchen cabinets. To my husband’s relief, Mr. Benedict obliged! I walk into my home every day and feel like the luckiest woman alive! There’s a lot of satisfaction in designing a house to be a home.
