Last summer a virus got in my personal email account and sent infected links to everyone in my contact list. I received a frantic phone call from a good friend who made the mistake of opening the email that he thought was sent from me.  His computer froze up, he couldn’t reboot and was getting progressively more frustrated because he also tried to fix it himself, only to cause more damage.  He didn’t know who to call, but we did!  We had found DTS Infotech earlier in the year when we needed a DVD drive replaced and were so impressed with their responsiveness, technical skills and great pricing that we offered to call on behalf of our friend to make the connection.  We made the call to Wally with a plea for help get in touch with our friend and get rid of the malicious worm that crippled his ability to get any work done.  Shortly after our call, Dan, one of their key technicians, contacted our friend and scheduled a time to make a house call the very next day.  In only two short hours after he arrived, not only was our friend’s computer in top working order and running 5X faster than it had before, he had a much better (and Free!) anti-virus tool installed. Dan also went a step beyond and took the time to share internet safety tips and what to do in the event they receive a similar suspicious email in the future.  Wally and Dan saved our friendship with their swift, courteous, skilled and effective

Dan the Trouble Shooter is a highly professional business. I am set up on a quarterly maintenance plan. We selected what day would work best each quarter, and they send us a reminder around a week or two before the schedule time. If I have any issues between the scheduled times, Dan is more than helpful and prompt to get them resolved. My personal favorite time Dan stepped it up for me, I was on a trip to Uganda, Africa with a 10 hour time difference, and he remotely repaired my machine and it was 11pm or midnight here in the States. Now that's service.

HIS SERVICE HAS BEEN RELIABLE EACH TIME WE HAVE USED HIM. HE IS VERY FAST AT THE WORK HE DOES. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER AS TO WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE COMPUTER.
