All Bout Grout

Jason arrived by appointment on Friday evening and looked at the work we wanted performed. He promptly emailed us a quote, which included a $100 new customer discount and which we accepted. We scheduled him to start the work the following Monday morning. Jason was a couple of hours late arriving the first morning, but had called us before his agreed upon arrival time and explained that he would be late due to a family emergency. Jason completed the majority of the work over the next two days, with a couple of hours needed to finish up on the third - mainly because he thought the plumbing job on the kitchen sink was poorly laid out and wanted to replumb to prevent future problems. When the work was completed the kitchen counters looks like they were new - though the house was built in 1978. Jason was very conscientious and professional throughout. He advised us of the products and techniques to use when we told him that we were planning on doing the bathroom counters ourselves, due to budget considerations - and the fact that they were in pretty good shape, needing much less work. He also brought us a beautiful bathroom sink to use where we were planning on replacing a sink that had been chipped. He gave the sink to us at no charge, as it was one he had removed in another job where the owner was co-ordinating colors. In all respects we were extemely pleased with the work, worker and the price.
