Wonderful experience. Tony called me at home within approximately 4 hours of the time the tow truck dropped my car off at his shop. This happened to be a Thursday afternoon. He told me I needed a new fuel pump and gave me an estimate for the total cost of the repair. He also took it upon himself to arrange delivery of the part to his shop the next morning so he could get it installed and back to me before the weekend (at no additional cost).

I just stopped by, w/o an appointment (and they had plenty of other customers). Tony and Kyle each spent 10+ minutes checking it out, deduced it was a faulty wire, made an appointment for me later in the week. (Thanks to their diagnosis, I was able to fix it myself.) This is typical of the fabulous service from Tony's. They do great work, at very reasonable prices, and bend over backwards to offer help, guidance, and maintenance recommendations. I've owned lots of cars in my life, and have therefore visited lots of mechanics but never found any shop as good as Tony's.
