They come out every two weeks for mowing and once a year for clean up and pruning. That sort of thing. There was a little mix up in the beginning but once we got it straight, they've been here. Getting me on the right schedule. First, they were coming every week and then they didn't show up. Then they came every week and then we finally got it straight, they were coming every other week. They had to fire their first lawn crew apparently so that's why all that scheduling was a problem.

Removed old grass/weeds and underlying soil and root structure, applied layer of mulch and rolled it. A day or so later laid grass sod and rolled it. Those performing the work were very efficient, courteous, professional and took pride in their efforts.
