Too soon to say. We are going to use the quarterly service until we are confident that the pests are eliminated. I appreciate that they didn't push the annual service. They said we could pay for a one time treatment or use the quarterly service. Mat was very knowledgeable about pests and products used to control them.

I HAD A CARPENTER ANT PROBLEM WITH THE CRITTERS BORIN OUT MY OPEN BEAM CEILING AND NESTING IN MY ATTIC AFTER SEVERAL ESTIMATES PEST TECH CAME THROUGH WITH A SPECIFIC TREATMENT FOR THE PROBLEM AND A SEASONAL FOLLOW UP. NO MORE ANTS THAT WAS 6 YEARS AGO.
