we drove up and there was a person right there to see what we wanted ,we told them and they took us in to do the paper work while we were doing that they were working on our truck and it was done withion 15mins .

There was a noise coming from the car and I took it to Les Schwab the service man took it for a test
drive and discovered that there was a problem with the breaks and rotors as
well as a loose bearing. The repair was done in a timely manor and I drove away
1-and frac12; hours later with 2 new rotors and new breaks on the front end. He was very knowledgeable
and professional.

I needed new tires and had to have them installed the day that I was leaving town. I did not know what type
of tire that I needed because I was going to be coming back from So. Calif. with
a large load. The service rep asked me several questions and suggested a tire
and ply rating that he felt would preform the best and he was right on queue as
the tires have preformed exceptionally well for the load that I hauled.

The tires I had were not very worn so they gave me a credit for my new tires. I have been using them for about 10 years and I find them to be honest with me. They also try to get me a good deal when they can. You get the same kind of service at whatever one you go to, so I would recommend them.
