Went in, selected material, loaded in pickup, went home, used material.

Our contact person, Scott Cleveland, traveled some distance to our home, in a rural area on the Oregon Coast, to look at the job and give an estimate. The estimate was provided in a timely manner--by FAX to our home in California. The work was completed within a month and was done in a satisfactory manner. During the course of the work, the garage door opener was accidentally damaged. The damage was not apparent until after the job was finished. Our tenant arranged for a repair and requested reimbursement from Copeland. We were pleased that this reimbursement was finalized without delay.
