Mike was here within 15 min of calling him, he had the problem identified within a minute of arriving, and had it fixed within 30 minutes or so. Price included parts. He gave us some advice on other appliances at no extra charge. He was neat , cleaned up everything, and was careful with all our stuff. A great experience as Mike made a big problem go away quickly, treated us fairly, and was a nice guy as well. We highly recommend him.
