Real Estate Service
I was charged 10% of rental fees when I rented out the house. Owner of Action Realty did
not vett the renters correctly and one left and the other stayed and
then left, breaking the lease. She send money late every month. Did
not go after the renter when she broke the lease but made excuses for
her. Dogs ruined the place and I could not rent the house and it went
into foreclosure. She also never sent me the appropriate tax forms for the year. I'd say she is slothful and careless.
She never has even apologized.
