I contacted them for minor moss removal and treatment. The owner came out to look it over and told me I didn't really need removal, that treating it twice would take care of the problem without removing any granules from the shingles. He showed up a few days later and treated it. Although I don't see any remaining moss, I am going to follow his recommendation and have him do it again in the fall. The price was quite reasonable and the people were nice to deal with.

They came on the day we agreed to and did exactly what they told me they would do. No issues at all. I got 3 bids for this job and they were the cheapest by $200. I was able to arrange the entire transaction from this website including getting the bid and I payed with Apple Pay. I was very pleased.

We were very pleased with the work that John did. He came by the same day we wanted a quote (he happened to be nearby) and was very thorough in explaining the work that he recommended. Gutter clearing and moss treatment. We chose to go with Virtue Professional Maintenance Services for their reasonable price (we called around for a couple of quotes) and professional attitude. The work was done quickly. We look forward to seeing him back for an annual moss treatment. Highly recommended!

From first contact with John and Lisa at Virtue the transaction went very smoothly with no issues. John and Devin arrived promptly on day of service and worked efficiently with attention to detail. They exceeded our expectations by cleaning the skylight and lower gutters even though these were not part of the estimate. The roof and gutters look very clean and moss free! They left all work areas clean when finished. We would hire them again and will highly recommend Virtue to our friends and neighbors.

The treatment worked well, except a small spot on the shed roof that was missed. I noticed that after all the other moss turned brown and started falling off. Virtue sent someone out to treat that spot and no cost, and all is well.

Virtue responded to my inquiry quickly. John stopped by to take a look at the job site and gave me a price quote within one hour. While other companies quoted me minimum charge of around $160 for this job. Virtue only charged $40. John came by on time and finished the job quickly. He also recommended me to go online and buy a downspout snake ($19) which he used to unclog the downspout. So I would save money next time.

Jake and Devon arrived exactly on time. They thought the job would take 2-3 hours, but it ran about five (and they didn’t charge extra!). I cannot sing their praises highly enough. They carefully removed the moss by brush so as not to damage the shingles, then treated the roof to deter further moss problems. They also cleaned our gutters and downspouts perfectly. AND, not only did they clean up very well after themselves, they also picked up some fallen leaves that we had not been able to clear yet! We are SO pleased and will definitely call on them again!

They arrived on time, did the roof/gutter work quickly, cleaned up well. A different gentleman came to do the windows and was very professional. He shared his cleaning secrets so we can maintain some but not all our windows. Very happy with service. We will have them back again.

Excellent! Our roof was so thick with moss that two visits were necessary to eradicate it all, and they were completely up for the return, at no charge. Since then, they have returned for a routine maintenance treatment and gutter cleaning. They are definitely going to be the ones I call again later this winter when it's time again!

Original service date was scheduled during period of extremely hot weather. I called and asked to reschedule and they were very accommodating. Two person crew arrived timely on rescheduled date, were professional and efficient. Cost was very reasonable. As this treatment was for prevention of moss build-up, will need more time to evaluate effectiveness of treatment.

They arrived on time but were only here 10 min at most. When I made the appt I asked if the moss was removed and they told me yes it would be killed and would be gone. Maybe I misunderstood them but they do not remove the moss only treat it. The moss is still up there and does not look as though it has died.
