I am an owner /operator business. I may have an employee with me if the job requires it. No subs. Cost is determined by the job. carpet cleaning involves the following: I use furniture movers so you don't have the hassle of moving them off the carpet and then replacing. I move sofa's, chairs, love seats, coffee tables, end tables etc....furniture that usually is not moved: entertainment centers, pianos, china hutches, book cases. I pre-spray the carpet with a solution that loosens the dirt and grime - I then using a carpet rake rake the carpet to get the solution worked into the carpet. Then I inspect the carpet for any problem spots that may need some extra care. using a heated extraction carpet cleaning machine with detergent, I then clean the carpet. I use all green products to clean with and they clean excellent. I put the furniture back to their original location. At this time job is complete. When I house clean I like to do a very thorough job the first time. The home gets cleaned ceiling to floor. I clean all woodwork around doors and windows, ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, base boards,doors, shelving, bookcases, anything that has a shelf ledge or crease I want the dirt and dust out. bathrooms: showers/tubs/ jacuzzi tubs all scrubbed, toilets, sinks, counters, cabinet doors, light fixtures, mirrors, walls, floors cleaned as needed. Kitchen: cabinets, counters, light fixtures, oven and stove top, refrigerator surface, microwave inside/out, walls, and floor. After the initial cleaning we can set up a schedule to maintain the home. This greatly depends on the residents of the home as to how often. Kids,dogs,cats,birds,Adults etc... I also clean, seal, and polish man made tile and stone.
