NW Industrial re-finished my hardwood floor, installed carpet in three bedrooms, and LVT in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Brian and Alondra did a great job communicating with me. It was a pleasure working with Brian. Very easygoing and flexible. Will use them again!

Good people. We had a complication part way through the install but Bryan worked through it. We had our own laminate which was being laced into existing when the house was new. Turns out the original installer used two different direction what a mess but it is right. Cant say enough good things about your team.

Our doorbell rang exactly when they said they would be there. our installer was fast and surprisingly quiet. Communication was great and hey finished faster than they thought they would.

The initial estimate changed on the day they were to start working, before the job even began. They where often late in the morning from when they said they would be at the job site. It the decision would have been mine completely to hire they would have been sent away. The entire process of finding anyone to do the job was horrible which is probably why this company was given the job.
