A smooth, positive experience overall. I submitted an inquiry through Angieslist. They called back very quickly and came over to look at the project and to give me an estimate the same day. It was getting late, so they scheduled the work for the next day. Formal price quote was sent to me by e-mail. The were professional, were wearing masks when talking to me, did a good clean-up after the job. They also took pictures of dirty gutters before the job and clean gutters after. Price was competitive, work done quickly (and right before a major rain storm). Thank you! By the way, according to the law, small businesses who do gutter cleaning and window washing in the state of Oregon are exempt from the requirement to have a state-issued contractor license.
