Very prompt and responsive. The job was started much sooner than I was expecting and was just in time before the rains started. There was some minor denting done to a gutter during tear-off, but it was fixed promptly when I mentioned it. The gutters were cleaned and nails were picked up from the ground around the house ( I only found two that they missed). I am very satisfied with the new roof and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any roofing. There haven't been any problems at all since it was replaced almost two years ago (apologies to Joaquin for my tardiness in submitting this report). I appreciated that they even provided their own porta-potty.

Excellent service. Employees arrived promptly at agreed start time. Worked continuously throughout the day. Joaquin Vazquez supervised the entire operation and was most helpful in answering any questions or concerns that we had. Because of several trees overhanging the home, he advised us to purchase the Pabco shingles with Algae Block. From our perspective this has eliminated any moss/mold since installation. After completion, the crew cleaned up the entire area to our utmost satisfaction. Salesman, Dick Bell was very helpful and professional.

They scheduled, didn't show up, called back to re-schedule. They showed up with this appointment. They did a good job!

His crew showed up on the agreed upon day and did an excellent job. They left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. My wife and Joaquin agreed to an upgrade just prior to the start of the project and although it was a little more money than I wanted to spend it turned out to be the right thing to do. The house looks like a much more exspensive house just by the way it's finished.

Joaquin was a very conscientious contractor to work with. From the prompt bid to the timely reroof of my home, he worked hard to get the job done well. The roof looks amazing, the men who worked with him were polite and hard working, and my yard was thoroughly cleaned afterward. My neighbors were so impressed with his professionalism that a few asked me to get them business cards. I highly recommend hiring Joaquin and would do so myself in a second if I needed a roofing job done!

They were punctual from start to finish. They gave me a fairly high estimate in the beginning, but called back and negotiated down several hundred dollars when another company bid lower. Based on the good feedback on this site, I went with Dial-Me Roofing and am not sorry. They did temporary repairs right away to protect the house from rain, and came back as soon as the weather cleared to do the job - which only took two days. Joaquin was in touch every step of the way to make sure I knew when they planned to be here and what were the next steps. He was patient and flexible about payment, because I had to send my insurance claim check to my mortgage company for their signature. That took an extra week, but Joaquin went ahead with the job anyway, and made arrangements for payment when I finally received the insurance payment. The crew worked late the second day to finish the job, and even returned the next day to make sure everything was cleaned up in the daylight hours. Overall, this was great work, and a good experience. I work with contractors for a living, and I hear a lot of horror stories so I expected problems along the way, but everything ran very smoothly.

We were selling our house and got an offer immediately. The only condition was that they wanted us to replace the roof. The existing roof was at year 18 on a 15 year shingle so the request seemed reasonable. Our Realtor contacted a few roofers and we did as well. We received three or four bids. Most of the contractors we called were fairly responsive. Joaquin was able to meet me at the house after work on the same day I called. Joaquin's bid was the least expensive, but only by a few hundred dollars. All the bids were pretty close actually. I chose Joaquin because I felt that he understood what I wanted. We were selling the house, but I am an architect and my career is roofing and waterproofing. I wanted to put on a quality roof -- not just in the selection of the shingles, but in the detailing. Some of the roofers I met or talked to were resistant to my requests. I wanted a complete tear-off even though the building code allows you to recover in this case. I wanted the two intersecting valleys to be sheet metal (rather than just shingles) and to be underlain with a self adhered membrane for extra protection. After talking to Joaquin I knew that we were on the same page and that I could be confident in the detailing. The other factor was that Joaquin was able to get going on the job quickly, which was essential in this case to ensure the sale went through. I called and met him on a Monday and they loaded on the following Friday and started Saturday. They brought their own porta-john even though the house was empty and they could have used the facilities. I was out of town for the duration of the job but walked the roof when I got back. I was very pleased with all the little things as well as the overall job.

He did a great job of matching the shingles and he was very meticulous about his work. Many other people would have overlooked the small things but he made sure the job was done right.

There price is very reasonable. They did the work very quickly with the work. They showed up on time everyday. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

It was very easy to work with Joaquin. He came to our house the day that we called him in order to give us an estimate. After we decided to work with him, the work was completed within a week. It was a small job, so there were only two workers and it took one day. The roof looks great and they left no debris. We would use them again for any roofing needs.

The best contractor we've ever worked with and we've done major interior renovation of our home. Joaquin was profession, courteous, cheerful, and always on time. His crew worked hard but efficiently. They did exactly what they were suppose to. Joaquin went the extra mile, temporarily repairing our leaking roof before we ever hired him and then returning to finish a minor task after the roof was installed and his crew moved on to another work site. Joaquin knows his business and looks you in the eye while explaining progress & options. We are very satisfied. Highest recommendation possible!

All work was performed quickly and at a very reasonable price. He was quick to come out for the bid and finished the work in two days.

Joaquin was wonderful to work with. He was kind and courteous, arriving on time as scheduled to assess our roof in preparation for a bid (we asked for bids from 5 companies and received 4 bids back). He and his crew were conscientious of what we wanted and how we wanted to the roof to look. They also replaced some dry rot (not easy on a roof with a 10:12 pitch) and only charged $75 extra for this work. We received a 5 year warranty, excellent customer service and we have already recommended Dial Me Roofing to our neighbor who was equally impressed as she watched our roof installation.

Joaquin was recommended by a neighbor whose home had recently been roofed. I called for an estimate; he arrived on time, gave a satisfactory estimate, did a good job, and finished the work on time. The trash was picked up each day and taken away. I had other estimates and Dial Me Roofing was the only company to offer a five year warranty where other companies only offered two years labor warranty. Joaquin is polite, kind, tidy, and quick as were his helpers. I would feel confident in recommending this company to family and friends.

I had a great experience with Dial Me Roofing. Joaquin came out to give an estimate soon after my initial call, and he spent over half an hour assessing the situation. He worked quickly but carefully, and the cost ended up being lower than he'd initially quoted. I would highly recommend this company.
