I found them online, called and left a message.
I received a call back within 10 minutes with multiple dates offered for service.
I picked a date/time and they were 5 minutes early.
He proceeded to do the work, I watched and he explained the process and how my assembly works while he did his job.
A hand shake and an offer to give counsel on other irrigation work was offered.
I will use him again.
I have been very pleased with the backflow and irrigation svcs. provided. Charges reasonably; responds quickly; is available by phone (at no charge) for questions or emergencies. An example of this is a call when the sprinkler would not shut off, even though control was in "off" position. Repair was made next day. I will continue to use the services of this small business, and certainly recommend.
