They were very good. They did such a lot of work.

Arrived exactly on time on the date stated.  Even though the job was bigger than originally estimated, they stuck to their contract.  Brought down three cedars (over 150 ft. tall) in about 1.5 days, then proceeded to work hard to get everything trimmed up after that.  Four days total on the job.  they ground out all stumps plus an number of other old stumps I have, or needed removed.
Excellent clean up after each day, Matt, owner was great to work with.  Jason (forman) talked me through each step of the process and make several recommendations for better care of my trees, most of which are more than 100' tall.
Matt, owner, trims the hedge and was meticulous.
Best of all they lend the homeowner a log spliter for use for all the wood left behind.  Wood is left in about 14" lengths to facilitate use in a fireplace.  They knew their trees very well, could spot disease and made recommendations about how to preserve the trees.
.Extremely pleased, will have them back this winter to prune 2 trees that need to be dormant for the best prune.

It worked out fine. I was happy with the service and the price. They did everything that I asked them to do. They sent about 3-4 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about an hour. I had no problems with scheduling.

Had a good eye.

Went fine, there was just a delay in finally sorting out the schedule to carry out the work. Part of the problem was on our end, part of the problem on their end. But they do do good work as far as an arborist goes.

Provider was somewhat difficult to reach for scheduling then failed to show twice and finally did the job as instructed.  They cut and hauled a fair amount of limbs for the money, so the AL deal was a good value.  But they left a pretty big mess on a newly bark-dusted landscape.  Not super happy with them overall, but might try again.

They responded quickly by e-mail and scheduled a date, but then contacted me to say they needed to reschedule.  When I e-mailed to set a date, there was no response.  I left phone messages over the next month but didn't get an answer. By the third message I was quite frustrated, and then got an apology and a quick reschedule. They did a good job and were quite apologetic about the scheduling problem.  They trimmed two large Cleveland Maples in front of my house, three arborists working for an hour and a half, a very good deal for $200. They did a good job and cleaned up well.  Except for the scheduling  problem, I was very satisfied.

The service was really great - well done, fast, efficient and just nice people.

They were pretty heavily booked when I called, but came out promptly to give an estimate.  We scheduled the appointment for 5 weeks out.

On the morning of the appointment they emailed to say that they would not be able to make the appointment and rescheduled for two days later.  They never showed at the rescheduled appointment and I never received any further contact from them.

I was very happy with the estimate and initial service, but they did not follow through.  I will not be using them.

Removed tree stump and trimmed 2 overgrown cherry blossom trees.  I was very satisfied with the work and will hire them again for any future work that I need done.

The estimate was excellent.  The owner, Matt Rehak, came out himself.  He was going to be a bit late so gave me a call.  That was fine.  When he arrived he explained what he would be doing and answered several of my questions.  I was very impressed.  On the date of the first appointment a tree had fallen on someone's roof and it was going to take longer than he thought to do what needed to be done so we rescheduled.  Not a problem.  The problems started happening when he never showed up or called.  After three or four unreturned  phone calls and two no-shows I decided I would wait the weekend and cancel on Monday.  Sunday (11/24/13) while I was away he came and did the work.  Even thought it wasn't necessary for me to be home I really wanted to be here and had made a point to be home at the scheduled appointment times.  The work was satisfactory.  However he left debris on the edge of my roof and in my gutters which I will now need to hire someone to come clean off.  I doubt if I would hire him again.

Matt the owner of the company was knowledgeable, courteous, and straightforward to deal with. We walked around the yard together and went over my concerns. After we had discussed what to work on, his crew went straight to work, and within half an hour had done most of the clean up. We were extremely pleased with how quickly they got things done and how careful they were around our property. We had originally scheduled for 2 h of service, so Matt suggested that they credit us the rest of the time and come back at time more convenient for me and my husband to take down two trees from the yard. We couldn't be happier with the service from Arbor Solutions and will be recommending them to all of our friends.

I have an old pear tree that badly needed pruning/trimming.  They cut off all the dead wood, took away the small trash, and made a nice pile of winter fire wood for me from the rest!   They even had extra time and trimmed an overgrown laurel.   |They had to shift the time back 30min, which is why they got a B, HOWEVER its worth saying this was a very rainy day and they still came and performed the work in the rain.   Very impressive! | |If I have to trim or cut down a tree, I'll be sure to use these guys again!

Wish I had before and after pictures, the transformation is amazing! For the two years that I've owned my home the tree was an eyesore, now I can sit on my porch and admire it. Matt, the arborist, and the two Jasons were a great team, they even disposed of the dead branches I had removed from the plum tree earlier.
Since I hadn't requested a stump removal ( the plum) when I ordered the service they didn't bring the stump chipper with them, but returned another day to take care of it at no extra charge!

They arrived on time, went to work and finished, cleaned up and were on there way in 2 plus hours.

did not waste time or man power
while two worked on securing positioning for the large maple, the third man was sent to work on the fir tree.
once the main arborist was situated in the maple, the other two arborists were assigned to do extra work not included in my original request.
they removed a grove of small trees and another larger tree from the backyard.
they were very conscientious and left the area far cleaner than before - blowing off debris and leaves from the back deck.
they accomplished all these tasks within the two hours plus that i paid for through angie's list.
my husband and i were very pleased with their work and will definitely call them for future tree services.
this is in stark contrast to another group we used who gave us a multitude of reasons why we couldn't trim our trees without
extensive man hours and several return visits.

We have many trees on our downtown lot.
They removed a branch from an elderly birch and tall cherry.
They thinned out my bamboo patch and nicely trimmed back an aggressive elderberry
They made room by cutting lilac branches hitting the house.
They pruned my Braeburn apple.
And they cleaned up nicely after themselves. A great value and
I am truly impressed as they genuinely listened and did perfectly what I asked!

My experience with them was very good. They did a really good job. They had a little extra time, so they did a little extra cleanup in a tree that I had. They cleaned up the debris really well and hauled that away. Overall, the price was with the other bids we got. With regard to punctuality, they were a little late than they said. But they were coming from another job. So I didn’t really hold that against them, but I can't say that they were exactly on time either.

The crew was punctual, very courteous and professional. They verified the job requirements based on the estimate to ensure that the vegetation to be removed was correct. The cut vegetation was ground up and hauled away. The time estimate for the job was very accurate. Miscellaneous plants around the trees were not damaged when the trees were taken down.  I was very happy with the job results and quality. I would use their services again, in fact I've already started to recommend them to friends!

Matt Rehak the owner quoted the job and promised to beat all written quotes, he did. Once i reviewed his quote I contacted his office immediately to set an appointment for the day I requested without any issues. The girl who helped me on the phone was great and very attentive. Everything was setup exactly per my request and price.
When talking with Matt he was very confident in his ability and it showed on the job. The job started on time, Matt arrived with three other crew members. Matt had the crew tasked out very well and everyone knew their jobs. This job was an all day job due to the complexity. Once the tree's were cut down the wood was cut to length and left in place per my request. All limbs and debris was chipped up and taken away again per my request. 
The transaction went off without a hitch and Matt was very gracious for the opportunity. It was a pleasure working with Matt and his team. My wife really liked what they did which was icing on the cake. Great job Matt. I will in the future use Arbor Solutions for my tree care needs and highly suggest them for yours.
