Purchased a Samsung flat screen HDTV and BluRay player. Salesperson was cordial, customer service abysmal. When I opened the BluRay for set up, it was missing a LAN Adapter. I called Samsung and Video Only who told me since it had been over 30 days since purchase, I would have to purchase the $73.99 + $20 shipping part that should have been included in the box. We were about to purchase equipment for an elderly parent. With this egregiously shabby customer service, we will never again purchase from Video Only.

The sales representative was demeaning to my wife and motherinlaw, would not recommend, them to anyone, use someone who offers full refund within 30 days. Do not believe a word they say, because as soon as you have a problem they will revert to did you read the small print - WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS _ THEY CAN KEEP THEIR STORE CREDIT WILL JUST NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND HOPE YOU DO NOT EITHER!!!
Description of Work: My motherinlaw purchased ($79.00) a set of headphones, to use with her new treadmill, she believes in buying locally, well the headphones, did not not workout, because the units picked up back ground noise, even after she adjusted. She felt they were defective, so when she brought them back one week later, in the original package. She was told the units were opened therefore could only receive store credit, the idea is if they had just gave her back the money, she would have bought or tried them again, But the sales representive stated you must read the small print, to a 67 year old woman, these guys are crooks be careful when buying anything from a store that will not offer you a full refund within 30 days if you are not happy, but in this case units were defective . VIDEO ONLY SHAME ON YOU - WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE AGAIN

Before I wandered into Video Only, I had shopped around to the big box stores, my Consumers Report magazine in hand. When I requested assistance, I was met with blank stares. At Video Only, the sales rep knew exactly what I requested, gave me several choices and we closed the deal that day. Several days later, the television and table were delivered, installed and set up for a non-techie like me to operate. The delivery persons were courteous, quick and skilled. While the price may have been somewhat higher than a discount store, the value added by the extra service was worth the higher price.
Description of Work: I needed to purchase a new television narrow enough to fit a defined space, plus a DVD player and hopefully a table that would fit the space.
