Being a small family business has many upsides, but having a sick day is not one of them. This time of year we do have a third installer, but finding a good worker has been harder this year unfortunately. I have high standards, and would hate to compromise our reputation, quality of work, or experience. With a larger company, you can't be certain of which crew team you'll get.
