Jerry's always provides great advice in every department. If you have almost any kind of question, they have some one who can give useful tips to help get you started.

cabinets arrived on time in good shape. Quartz was timely. installers were courteous and capable.

They were wonderful. They ended up remodeling my whole kitchen and I am so happy with it. They had the people come out because I had carpenter come out and do laminate flooring throughout the dining room, living room, kitchen. They did such a good job that I couldn't say anything better. They were just wonderful. It is a local company. They are a private owned company that is so good at their customer service. Their customer service is just amazing. They come out here to the house and take care of everything that needs to be taken care of. They were very good. The amount came under what I thought it would. They came even under the original bid price. The price was the best I can get and I was quite amazed. The quality was excellent. The time that they started doing all the renovation I got sick and couldn't walk that way but the workers that came were so helpful that I was in bed the whole time and they were just wonderful in just helping me out.

Jerry's is the absolute best! Every time I go there I get cordial, knowledgeable service and an education about some aspect of home improvement and the products available, plus the phone number of the person who assisted me that is attached to my purchase in case I have any additional questions or problems.
Most recently, I was shopping for motion sensor lights, locks and door hardware, gutter screens, fencing and gate materials, security screens, and doors. Every person in every department was extremely informative, helping me to make educated choices. Two hardwood doors were especially ordered and those two doors, a fiberglass door, and a security screen were installed. Rod cordially answered every question and has taken care with every detail in the process! His communication is always prompt and courteous. Dennis, who installed the doors, did a great job, even cutting a special narrow moulding for the side of one door, and he offered helpful advice for a couple of other home maintenance things that need to be taken care of.

We purchased trac decking from Jerrys and had a contractor install our new deck in 2007. This year we noticed the finish on some of the boards was coming off and the boards were falling apart. I spoke with Dick Black regarding this and he absolutely went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. He contacted the manufacturer of the product, assisted me with submitting a claim and followed up with phone calls to make check on the progress of the claim. I am a Jerrys customer for life that is for sure. Great products and amazing customer service when there is a problem. I am happy with the settlement of the claim that came about as a direct result of Mr. Blacks efforts on our behalf.

There was a problem with the estimator following through with my billing questions. Plus, one of the workers accidentally tore off some of the wall covering and did not tell anyone (it was a wall that the door covered up). Eventually, the wall was repaired to my satisfaction by the company's general contractor.















As to explanation of my billings, the second in-charge of all Jerry's showed up alone and helped me understand what the costs and refunds were for. He agreed it should have been handled better. At the end of our lengthy conversation and him attentively listening to my complaints, the matter was settled. I won't tell you how, but will let you know I'm happy and feel pleased with the outcome.7

I use them frequently. They have got tons of things there. I just think they are fabulous. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable about their different areas, which is why I try to go to them as often as I can. The price is very competitive.

They give a military discount of 10% and they have exceptional service. It isn't a place where you have to hunt down service; people come up to you and ask if you need service.

The most wonderful thing about Jerry's Home Improvement Center is the fact that there is a gentleman, usually a senior citizen, at the entry door to give you a basket, or in my case, the battery powered scooter, and he asks 'What can I help you find?' You ask him what you're looking for and he knows and says 'Go to aisle B6' and it's there. Everybody in the store, I don't care how old or young they are or how long they have been working there, they know where things are in that store and that is amazing to me. This is a store, quite frankly, that goes head to head with Lowe's and Home Depot and they come out ahead. They carry 50% more screws in their inventory than Lowe's and Home Depot, and if they don't have it, they'll get it for you. Before we moved over here, we would make a list, go for lunch and shop at Jerry's.

Excellent, very good, very competitive with the national chains, wonderful to deal with, their service is exemplary, they have people that are highly knowledgable of the floor and if they cant help you they will find someone who will. They sales staff is excellent and the quality of the merchandise as far as I know very good. I wouldn't go to Jerry's if they weren't good because I have to drive ten miles to get there.

The people are extremely helpful. You tell them what you want or have a general idea their staff can pin point what you need. They have never tried to sell me something I did not need. They have really good prices.

Put item on hold and our construction co picked it up for us. No problems.

This facility is large as a big box store. The personal were very good. They were willing to discuss anything we had questions with. The company that they hired to do the work they were not very timely to get the work completed.

Provided accurate information about various options by phone prior to purchase. Difficult to find a person to help once I was at store, although they were not particularly busy (weekday afternoon). Purchased sink and leg set to go with laundry tub. (Leg set was wrapped, and I was told all necessary pieces were included. During the installation and after opening package, pieces were found to be missing, causing another trip to store. It was replaced with another leg set, which I opened in the store, and all the correct pieces were in this set, but time and gas wasted.
