It is very convenient and service was just fine. I would recommend them based on the convenience of their location.

The online appointment system was easy to use. The dealer was ready when I arrived and completed the service in the estimated time.

They are pretty reasonable. I never had to take it back for anything, so their quality is good. They are very responsive, and I just call and they say bring it in. I would recommend them to others.

I had a firestone tire that had been going flat. I took it back to the dealer he said it would be half an hour. An hour later he came out and said the tire was too old and they couldn't work on it, that they weren't supposed to repair it or replace it but didn't say anything else. He got the car ready and said he could do a quick oil change which I didn't need, the sticker on the window showed I had just had it done. The next day the tire was flat again so I took it to another dealer, Les Schwab. They had no problem working on the tire and they found a nail in it.
This guy sent me out the door with a nail in my tire and didn't tell me. He tried to sell me something I didn't need and didn't do what I asked him to do.
They were going to charge me twenty dollars and then said since it was a firestone tire they wouldn't charge me. They acted as if they had repaired it and they weren't going to charge me.

Firestone did exactly what I asked them to do on my car and did not try to do anything more. I really appreciated their honesty and hard work. They had my car done in a couple hours and I did not even need a loaner.
