We specialize in custom, secondary homes of less than 1000 square feet because we believe living simply is good for us and the planet. And we know living in a well designed small house can be comfortable, safe and healthy. Our small houses are designed for energy efficiency and we use sustainable materials throughout. We can work with plans and ideas you may have or design a home specific to your site from scratch. We bring the same philosophy to energy efficiency upgrades and remodeling of existing homes.
