first they came to my home to give me an estimate. we stood out in the rain while the lady took pictures for an accurate estimate. I brought the car to the shop a few hours later. I found out that they are very close to my home. 

When I got to the shop the owner went over the estimate and showed me all the places that would need repair and repainting. It was still raining.  Left the car with them on Oct 14, 2014.

I was sent a email every few days to let me know the progress of the repair. 

On Oct 31,2014 they called to let me know my HHR was ready and was delivered to my home within the hour.

My payment was $250 deductible and $50 for fixing the motor for the side mirrors, that was not part of the original claim. I was shown the vehicle to make sure it was up to my expectations.  I had no questions or complaints. It looked great.  I was given an entire package showing what was done, how long it took, and the cost.

I did some research on this company after finding it on you list. There was nothing but great commence about this company and I would highly recommend them to any one.  This is the second business I have gotten from Angie's List and have not been disappointed by either one.

Their work is beautiful. The paint match and repair work was masterfully executed. They are very honest. Even their front desk receptionist was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I have another car that will need some minor touch up work, I plan and bringing it to them for that work. There was some confusion on my part as to what I pay them, or did the insurance company pay them directly? It turned out the insurance company pays me and I reimburse them-they were patient with me figuring it out, which I appreciate.

It was very pleasant doing business with them. From getting the estimate to picking up the finished truck, everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional. The work they did was exceptional, was done on time, and was done at a reasonable cost.

Super impressed with this company. Fixed damage and charged less then estimate. Done in 24 hours and couldn`t be happier.

These guys are great and I would go back in a flash, if I ever need this type of detailing work done again. They want to make sure you are satisfied with their work and they let me know I could call them if I found anything that hadn't been done to my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with their work and the price was very fair (I was able to take advantage of a Special they had running for a limited time.)
My car is now residing in her garage so I probably won't need this type of detail work done again in the near future. But I would not hesitate to go back. I highly recommend this company.

Gave an estimate immediately without appointment. Repaired in two days. Best price. Gave me a loner, too, for a two-day repair. Finished on time and did a perfect job.

I chose Better Body and Paint because of their price and I had seen some reviews online, I think on Google. They did a really good job. They did what they were supposed to do and they did it well.

When my vehicle was finished, it was spectacular! It wasn't completely done when I arrived to pick it up, so they offered to deliver it to the house when it was finished. They made my old Suburban shine like new, inside and out. I am very happy with the end result and hope to have it sold soon!

I didn't have a "go-to" body shop in Eugene, so took my chances after checking Angie's List. And it paid off. Granted, the shop is way out of town (a little north of the Eugene airport), but it is worth it. They have a convenient car service to take you back and forth. The shop itself is very tidy (smells like coconut, or suntan lotion - in a very pleasant way), and everyone there is friendly and professional. There were a couple of minor hiccups, however. They quoted me a price for a new rear light fixture which we agreed upon, but ended up installing a used one as the price was nothing like they originally quoted. Upon completion, it looked good and couldn't tell. The piece they needed to enable me pop open the gas tank was not there when I went to pick up my car, so had to drive all the way back out there the following day. But I was very happy with the end product. They were spot on time when they picked me up, everyone was friendly and polite, the car was washed and vacuumed and looked great. Also reassuring that they guarantee their work for as long as you own your car. Nice! Would definitely recommend Better Body and Paint.

Excellent service. I got an estimate without needing an appt. Scheduled the work within 1 business day. They were able to finish in one day. Car looks great. They also washed and cleaned the inside of the car - great additional service. They are good at communicating options and what they are going to do.

Our insurance covered the majority of the work so I am not sure how much the total actually came to (I am sure it is in the report I was given, I just don't want to track it down). I was extremely happy with the entire situation. They had everything set up for me (paperwork, car rental, etc...) the morning I brought my van in. I had only given them a few hours notice. After all was said and done, the work was flawless and I was given an extensive report including everything that had been done, step by step. I was informed of any possible problems I MIGHT encounter due to the type of body work performed and was told to call them and they would fix it. It has been well over a month and none of the possible problems surfaced. They just wanted to make sure that I knew I could come back without any grief. Besides any body work that we may need to have done in the future (hopefully none), this establishment will also be where we take our cars for ANY mechanical work!

I was very impressed with the quality of the work, especially compared to the cost. I was expecting to spend at least twice what they charged me. Please don't let them know that!

From start to finish, this is a professional company who stands behind their promises. They offer top of the line customer service and we would recommend them without hesitation. You maybe able to find someone that does it cheaper, but you will not be able to beat the quality of their work or their service. I cannot think of anything negative to report because isn't anything. They are top-notch. Save yourself some time and and trouble and just take your vehicle to them or have them pick it up because you will no find a better company in this area. They will also return your vehicle cleaner than when you gave it to them. It hadn't looked that good for a long time!

Work was excellent. Picked up the car from work, returned it on time the following day. Great customer service. I have also used them for mechanical work and was very satisfied.
