I have to let everyone know about the horrible experience we are currently having. Jim Rosser of Oregon Premier Pole Buildings sold us a barn and we wrote 30K worth of Checks to him which he did not use to pay most of his suppliers. As a result we had to pay his 16K debt to the Supplier to avoid a lien on our house. An additional 5k check was written to his company for roofing 3 months ago that we never received or was not returned to us despite many attempts. We believe this to be fraud and have had multiple attempts to legally settle out of court with no success. We have heard he has done something similar to many others. Jim himself has told me he owes over 200K to others and we have heard of several cases where he has taken deposits and not done anything with them. Jim has another Company, BUILDING MATERIAL SUPPLY COMPANY, LLC, so may be doing business under that name. Jim has constantly deceived and delayed us in ways never imagined. Beware and tell anyone you know who is thinking of building a barn to avoid this guy at all costs.
