Herford's Quality Tree Care

Really Well! Nathan made himself available for a quote almost immediately. They came out the following week and removed the trees. Job went perfectly and they left the area immaculate. There was quite a lot to do, but they did it quickly and carefully. Very courteous and professional. Would recommend them without reservation.

He came out three times: once to bid the job, once to take the tree down, and once to grind the stump. He also did some trimming on the trees overhanging our RV driveway. Very quick and efficient each time. He was very professional and courteous.

Mr. Herford came a couple of weeks ago to survey the scale of details of the job. He and his crew were here, on time, today to proceed. They completed the job on time and on task and, as always, left no sign of their work except an exceptionally well-completed job. We will, of course, have them back next year. BTW, they do excellent storm-damage-recovery work, too, as we know from some experience!

Nathan Herford (the owner and very nice guy) was on a scheduled vacation with his family but he did come out earlier on to give me the bid.
The crew showed up on time, they were polite, professional and thorough. The pine was about 31/2 feet in diameter. The maple roots were entirely entangled with my water meter box and water line and both were starting to lift the sidewalk. They took extra time and care in removing the roots and resetting the box.
We couldn't be more pleased with their hard work and great customer service. We would highly recommend them.

It went like it always does with Herford's. They showed up on time, were careful not to damage the plantings in the landscape, sectioned up the uprooted tree and dropped the pieces well clear of our landscape. All in all, we were very pleased, as we always are with Herford's Quality Tree.
We have had years and years of experience with Herford's Quality Tree. We trust them so much that we don't even ask for estimates any more and are very comfortable having them do their work while we are gone...even when we are out of town on vacation. We recommend them most highly!

Nathan and his crew were awesome. They were personable, did professional work, and cleaned up all limb debris.

Couldn't have gone better. Nathan is very knowledgeable, skilled, curteous, and professional. He will not perform unnecessary work. He only does what's best for your trees. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

They did a good job. They worked on 10 or 12 trees. They took most of them out and they trimmed 4 of them. Some of them were big. Later on, we even got certificate from them thanking us for the business. We spent about $600. They did a pretty good job. They cleaned up the mess from the trees they took out. We were happy with their work. They did everything they said they would do even though they had to do some of it by hand. They had some trouble with their machinery at that time. They had to do some work by hand. Shortly after that they let me know that all their machinery was working and they were ready to do more business. I compared to price with some of the other people that I called. It was comparable and they gave me a discount. It was a good price. Everything has turned out real good. I was pleased with it. All of the trees look a lot healthier and they have got the apples. They did a good job. It took them a longer time to finish the work because of the problems they had. The guy who came to speak to me was very nice. He went through everything with me about what they were going to do. They were professional. I will use them in the future.

Herford's was profession, fast, courteous and left the place looking better then when they came. Plus their price was very competitive. I can't say enough about these guys. Since we have a acre with many tress, we'll call them again.

Nathan and his assistant were very friendly, punctual, and professional. I felt like he knew what he was doing and had no worries about him dropping a tree on my home.

We became aware of Nathan's service through very high recommendations from others. Nathan was punctual and very personable. We were also having a new fence installed and Nathan was kind enough to adjust his schedule to accommodate us so that the tree service would not interfere with the fencing schedule.
