No horror stories called for estimate got good response. They gave me a ball park estimate over the phone. I gave them an a** built drawing of the property lines(best way to show what you want) They were very cooperative in setting a time to walk the project with me (i am moving from a distance and not always on the property) They set up an install date and time and they showed up and it worked as planned.This was not my first rodeo I have numerous horror stories from other projects but must say there promptness and professionalism was refreshing

From first contact they were courteous and professional and very knowledgeable. In the end I just had them provide posts and drive them but they didn't bat an eye and did excellent work. The post lines were exceptionally straight and few posts were wasted in the pounding (and we have tough, rocky soil).
