Had problems with this provider from the start approx. 2 years, I believed him when he kept saying that he was working on the problem. One Saturday called about no service and secretary said he was changing sprinklers with his partner and may be able to check problem later. Was very curt with caller when you were able to speak with him and not his answering machine.
