I recently cancelled my membership with them since I have not been able to get there on a very regular basis which is my fault. They are one of the two biggest clubs in my area. They have a great variety of facilities which includes weights, a pool, different workouts, bikes, treadmills, and twenty different classes such as swimming classes for seniors as well as for young people. They also have a lot of fitness trainers. They can take care of any fitness needs I may have.
