Just fine. They were done in two hours and cleaned up and properly removed all debris.

The crew of 6 showed up on time, ready to get started. There was some additional clearing of our home goods that was required by the crew - understandable to protect our things. Prior to the work day, there was not a thorough discussion regarding clearing our things from closets and our office. The crew did move furniture and did a complete job of covering our new floors and any items that could stay in the house. They finished late in the evening and Edward, the foreman, phoned us to report that they were done. We had planned to be out of the house overnight since it was possible that work would continue the next day. In the morning, we returned to find the ceilings clean and clear, furniture moved back into place. I swept and cleaned all floors - some staples and white flakes were found. The process involves wetting and scraping ceilings, and a couple of the rooms' ceilings were left with more places to spackle and sand than others - not sure if this is because of age or condition of the house or because of the crew members doing the work. Overall, we are happy to have the work done by a DEQ approved crew. It would have been much better to have the work done prior to moving into the house, but that was not possible for us.

It went great. These guys showed up exactly on time and they had all the State-required forms filled out. They moved efficiently through the job and were finished a day ahead of schedule. They took care to protect all of my home furnishings during the job and left the job site in great condition for the next phase, which is plastering and painting.
Unfortunately (and through no fault of PMG) a pipe broke during the project, flooding the kitchen and lower level of our home. They called me immediately and went to work to minimize the damage. Although the flooding was in an area that didn't have the popcorn ceilings, they hustled like it was their own home.
I would definitely use PMG again.

Ramon came by to give an estimate a few weeks prior, and was prompt and friendly. He explained the process well, and was in touch a couple days later with an estimate, which was competitive. We scheduled a day for his crew to do the job. When that day came, the crew was on time, got the job done as described, without any problems or surprises. I hope to never have another need for asbestos removal, but if I do, I will definitely go with PMG.

Ramon, their Vice President came out to look at the property and took extra time to explain the process, how the work would be done and provided some general estimates. The written estimate initially lacked the detail we wanted and so there was some back and forth in getting it to provide the detail that we wanted. The next hurdle was providing references. Ramon was able to instantly provide three references that gave rave reviews. Feeling confident that we had our company...we scheduled the work. The day of the job, they were prompt (they were waiting for me) and they were quick, filling out a large crew and getting the job done two days ahead of schedule.

One issue with these jobs is the potential for damage to the ceiling as the work requires a lot of scraping. Especially so in this case as the popcorn was painted. The workers were very careful and minimal damage was done making the painters work easy.

I was very satisfied with the work. Further it was an excellent value provided at a lower cost than their primary competitor in half the time. I would definitely recommend PMG.

Contacted business owner - Gilberto - via email. Job was small, driving distance was great, he suggested I send photos of the job and description, which I did. He sent back a bid for signature. My fax didn't work but we needed the job right away so he accepted my email approval with signed papers to be given his crew on arrival. Two men showed up on time and after seeing the space, set to work. They were self reliant, worked quietly and quickly. Shielded the area for traveling asbestos and we could continue regular activity upstairs. They got done in the time predicted and there was not a speck of debris left. The owner arranged for an air inspection after they were done; the report was clear - this was an additional charge on top of the price for absestos removal ($150.00). This charge was understood by me before the job started. I sent the check for payment to the wrong address - hadn't been updated on Angieslist - and Glberto was gracious and in the end, probably waited for his check most of a week, when he had every reason to expect payment at the time the job was finished. From start to finish, Gilberto was quick to reply to emails and clear in communication. His crew was great, we didn't interact much, but then we didn't need to.

They came in, set up their equipment, and did it all in one day. They removed the alpine ceiling and linoleum tiles. They cleaned up all the mess. The experience was really good. They said what they were going to do. I have used them in the past, and they did another good job.

The initial job was competitively bid and they were significantly cheaper than the company my builder initially recommended. On each job, they were very professional. They responded promptly to my calls, were careful to let us know when they were going to show up, showed up when promised, and completed the job on time. They seemed to do a good job of following requirements for masking the house and ordering post-cleanup testing. All in all, it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend this company.
