He was supposed to come back and finish which he never did. I did have contact with him on the phone at least three different times. Two times he said that he'll come over the very same day but he didn't. I used him before when I got the spa. He was always right there. He was a friendly and nice guy. He fixed whatever needed to be fixed. This last time, he was just totally irresponsible and unresponsive. He didn't do the work and I was able to hire somebody else. His prices were reasonable.

David was on time. He did a great job and was very reasonable.

David cancelled the first appointment, no-showed on the second appointment, and was 1 hr late on the third appointment. He did fix the problem.

Dave was VERY pleasant, and I was pleased with the service. I will use him for my hot tub service in the future.

Dan Scally did the work while I was on vacation. Left a swamp and came back to a beautiful pool. He worked really hard and did a great job. The price was reasonable.

We had a small leak in the piping of the hot tub. He suggested we dump a bottle of this stuff that would fix it from the inside out. Then our pump started making awful noises. He came out a 2nd time and told us that it would be $800 to fix the pump, and he'd have to put together a home-made system because the parts were so old. This guy didn't call us back in a timely fashion and so we never got it fixed. We didn't use the hot tub for 2 years and had to get it fixed in order to sell our house. We had another company give us an estimate- they had the exact pump and piping in stock, and it only cost $531. What a joke! Terrible customer service. Turns out he fried our wiring too and didn't tell us.

A very positive experience. In my experience, not all spa repair guys are responsive or responsible. Dave H. was both. First, he flexed his schedule to arrive at my house after work. At 6:00, he arrived on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the brand new motor (one of the few parts he doesn't carry with him in his repair truck). Second, I appreciate the Dave bills for his work: you pay his minimum hourly rate for the home visit, but if he doesn't finish the job and has to return, the clock resumes where it left off. So, a couple days later, he again arrived on time and quickly installed the motor, and I paid no more than the minimum single hour in charges. He also suggested a product for stopping a minor leak in some piping below the tub, a product I purchased and which seems to be working. Am very happy with Dave and the skill he demonstrated. He is knowledgeable and his prices seemed fair and reasonable. I recommend him highly.

Dave was very efficient and responded to my call on relatively short notice. The work was done quickly and with no hassles at all. Dave is very easy to work with.

Dave was quite knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and reasonable. He found the problem with the spa, had the part with him, and fixed it immediately. I was impressed with his ability and at how quickly he responded to my call and handled the work. I recommend his service to everyone I will definitely use him again

Dave came out the same day we spoke. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. He called me at my work number, from my backyard, and described the problem. He asked me to just send him a check.

TOTAL PRICE LISTED INCLUDES PARTS, AND LABOR. THIS WAS LESS, MUCH LESS, THAN I EXPECTED ON THIS AGING UNIT. NEARLY 2 HOURS INVESTED IN REPAIR, AND TEST. DID NOT CHARGE TIME FOR PICKING UP PARTS AT LOCAL PARTS SUPPLY, ASKED FOR $75 PAYMENT FOR SERVICE CALL UPON ARRIVAL, AND REMAINDER AT CONCLUSION OF REPAIR. VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.
