hardwood floor
 + -1 moreAnatoly (Tony) came by and provided an estimate. Then, he came by a second time to take detailed measurements and agreed to start date. He gave the go ahead to order hardwood (HW needs to sit inside the house for a week to acclimate). I ordered the hardwood the same day and it arrived 2 days later. He said he would start exactly 1 week after the HW arrived. Then after 2 days of no communication, he told me suddenly that he does not want to do the job because "he cannot meet my quality expectations". I was now sitting on 36 bundles of hardwood with no one to install it and I had a party at my house in 9 days! DO NOT trust this guy! DO NOT hire this guy.
