Appliance Repair
I have a brand new Electrolux Icon refrig who's control panel stopped working. I called the Electrolux hot line person who tried to trouble shoot it but failed so referred me to A&F. They sent a service person who literally spent 30 seconds looking at it, said it needed a new panel (duh-I knew that), would order the parts and that it would take 5 days. That was 11/4/2011. We had occasional conversations, all polite, but unproductive, "the part is on order, it'll be here tomorrow..."
After three weeks, I called Electrolux again and requested a different service provider. Long story short... It's fixed, professionally, politely, and quickly by another company. As of today, 12/5/2011, I've still heard nothing from A&F.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. HE APPEARED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE FRIGIDAIRE BRANDS, I BELIEVE IT IS THE ONLY BRAND HE SERVICES. HE WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT.
