Dexter Hardware is a great little store with a wonderful owner who is there almost all the time. He is always there to help you with anything he can and if he can't, he will call around and figure it out with you! We have purchased several things from Dexter hardware but the one thing that sticks out most in my mind was a pitchfork. The handle broke off of it so we brought it back and the owner apologized but he didn't carry that brand anymore & could not replace it for us (we didn't want a refund). He called the company that made the pitchfork, found out the closest place that they sold them, and got the company to agree to replace it for us if we brought it into the other store! THEN he called the other store and let them know that we would be coming in to exchange the broken pitchfork. What AMAZING customer service!!!
