He did a terrific job.  Was obviously an old school painter.  He did not leave a mess and cleaned up everyday.  He brushed rather than sprayed the house.  He was quite personable.  I'd use him again in a minute.

He came the same day I called for an estimate.  We settled on the rate and he started 2 days later.  He pressure washed the house & deck.  The next day he arrived at 7:30 a.m.  to test whether the house was dry.  Since we had nice weather it was dry and he primed all the new wood.   The following day he arrived at 7:30 a.m. and began painting the house.  He also treated the deck that day.  He laid protective cloth on all the bushes and deck.  He worked for 4 days on the painting.  Took another day to do the trim and he was done.  After he did the trim he also caulked all the windows.  All in all, a terrific job.

He was extremely pleasant and really knew what he was doing.  He usually worked for about 5 hrs. each day and always cleaned up each day.  I would hire him again in a minute and I highly recommend him

Phil powerwashed the house and painted all the trim with two coats. He started when promised and worked steady until the job was finished. He is a fine gentleman and easy to work with. Phil also does interior painting.
