It was an amazing experience. This was the second job we had him do for us. The first one went so well we told him we wanted him to do our roof. He made us get three other estimates. His was the lowest by a few hundred dollars. He showed up with his workers right on time and they tore the roof off .I went up to see what all the problems were that they found. There was quite a bit of rot and pieces that were missing that should have been there and way too few vents. We were also missing the blocking that is normally there to attach some of the plywood to. I went out and bought some sheets of plywood, lumber for blocking and nails for that part of the project. I am very handy so to save money on this unexpected part I did some of the work. The job they did was excellent. Everday before he left he told me what time he would be back the next day and he was always there as promised. He also gave me two new vents in the garage at no charge and two of them worked an additional 7 hours on the unexpected repairs and only asked for an additional $245.00 ,if we felt that was fair, which of course we did. He also guarantees his work for the life of the roof and will come back at no charge to replace a roof shingle if it comes off or in regards to any other work he did.

We had called around and gotten three estimates. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was the only one who got back to us, stayed in contact with us and kept his word. He even called me when he was picking up the supplies to tell me about something we could add on to get the energy tax credit. He showed up on time. He worked straight through, 8 hours, with another helper he had brought along, until the job was finished. He questioned us every step of the way regarding placement of each Solatube. They cleaned everything up before they left and he reminded me that his labor is guaranteed for life. He has a construction license and he is bonded and insured. We were so happy with this experience. When I told him we needed to take some trees down, but the two estimates we had were so expensive he referred us to someone who will save us $1,000.00 over the lowest bid we had gotten.
