Nighthawk did a great job with our security system.  Their sales representative,, Shawn did a complete evaluation and took the time to make sure we were informed of all our options so that we could choose the right system to meet our needs.  Their technician, Brant was excellent.  He installed the system and ran wires in the walls so that you could not see them.  He instructed us on the use of the system and made sure we were comfortable operating it.  A few days after installation, we turned off the power to our shop to do some wiring  and the monitoring system immediately called us to report that they had a power outage alert to our shop.  They are efficient!  So far we are very pleased.

Their representative came to my home to assess my needs and discuss the alarm system.  He was very thorough and pointed out a number of things I would not have thought about.  He quoted me a price on the spot which was very competitive to other quotes I had and I scheduled the installation right away.  The installer arrived as scheduled, worked without stopping for about 5 hours and then gave me specific instructions for the use of the system.  I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and thoroughness.  They are very nice people and I would highly recommend them.

I have been a Nighthawk customer since 2002. When we purchased a new home, I contacted Nighthawk about putting a system in the home. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions over the phone. They agreed to put in a new basic system for free with a 3 year monitoring commitment. The only charges were the installed equipment beyond the basic system. They even sent out a technician to talk through our plan for the security system about a week before installation. He gave me his honest opinions and his insights were very helpful.
Brandt arrived on time and was meticulous about the work he did. After drilling, I consistently heard the vacuum sucking up any mess that he made. He respected our property and took his shoes off at the door. I even messed up while setting our security code and Brandt talked me through it on the phone not long after he left our home. It was very important that no wires were showing and I was not disappointed.
I love that Nighthawk is a local company. 10 years of only good experiences and extremely reasonable prices will keep me as a customer for a long time. I would recommend them to anyone. I can't imagine a company deserving an Angie's List Super Service Award any more than Nighthawk.

Very easy transition. Didn't take long and the new alarm was in and where I wanted things without any problems. The office staff is always polite and well informed. Monthly rates are very reasonable.

Chose the company based on Angies list ratings and experience with the person doing the estimate, there was no hard sell and no use of "subtle" sales tactics that I got from other companies. Its a family business and they are very friendly and helpful. They even brought out a sign for the yard the day I ordered the service, I had a burglary so I was anxious to get the system in and signage out. I recently called with a question and got an immediate answer. The main issue I had was that the easy installation that was supposed to happen did not. The supervisor who was supposed to do the installation was out sick. Some of the things I was told could be done, could only be done by running wires externally on the walls (old 1920's house), so I either had to change the configuration I wanted or live with some visable wiring.

Shawn came on time to view the home and give us estimates. (We had done our homework and knew what we needed and wanted). Asked him when they could install the systems needed and they were able to install all the following day. Brant showed up on time and was a very professional young man. He stayed with the job from start to finish, knew what he was doing and did an excellent job installing and explaining the system. We did pay extra to get an extra motion sensor and the two glass breaking systems. Price ranges were lower, but we ended up with just what we wanted for our home by adding the extra systems. Tami and Nancy both were a great help when we went to the home base and bought a couple of wireless alert systems for our decks and driveway to help us feel totally secure.

The home I purchased had a fairly basic alarm system which I wanted to upgrade. The technician did a nice, meticulous job and explained the system. I use Nighthawk for monitoring and so far, so good.

The experience with switching to Nighthawk has been excellent. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and prepared for any contingencies. I was impressed that they did not charge for the service call to make the switch, since no hardware change was needed.

Best experience we ever had with an alarm company.

THE SERVICE WAS FINE. THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH. THERE WASN'T REALLY ANY WORK DONE. OUR ALARM WAS ALREADY INSTALLED. I DIDN'T HAVE MUCH INTERACTION WITH THE PEOPLE. THEY DID SEEM FINE.

WE HAVE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH NIGHTHAWK. OUR ALARM RARELY GOES OFF, BUT WHEN IT DOES, WE KNOW THAT THEY WILL BE THERE TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER.
