Board of Directors of our homeowner association contracted
with Mt. Hood Roof Restoration  Inc.to reroof all of the structures in our
association (92 homes with attached garages, plus recreation center and other
structures).  Roofers were considerate when contacting homeowners
requesting access to their garages for required furnace piping and
venting. Throughout the project they used a magnetic tool that picked up
dropped nails and did all possible to maintain tidy premises and residents'
access to homes. Near completion, roofing continued during our heaviest rains,
and when a few leaks resulted, they responded immediately to correct all
connected problems. Their work was excellent; and they maintained a rigorous
schedule, working even on weekends, finishing right on schedule. 
Homeowners? comments to the Board of Directors were positive, noting the
roofers? consistent courtesy, consideration shown to residents, neatness, and
diligence in completing the project.  When a company can maintain such
professionalism over several months, earning the praise of several dozen
customers, they deserve an A+ rating.

We discovered a leak in our master bathroom and needed someone to come and give us an estimate quickly. These guys were wonderful. They spent 2 hours looking at the roof and writing up a proposal. We really wanted quality work as we have LP siding. Because the flashing was of poor quality and the original roof was done poorly, we were getting a lot of leakage on our siding which was causing even more damage. The guys explained everything in great detail including that they were going to extend the flashing by an extra inch and make sure all the water was running off the roof into the gutters (rather than on our siding!).
The crew was 100% professional. They completed all the work in 2 days. I was home when they took their lunch break and it was literally only 30 minutes. They cleaned up absolutely everything and our new roof is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. They might not be the cheapest but they certainly are the best!

Dan is a great roofing contractor. He knows what he is doing. He replaced our roof fixed some other issues he found and brought everything up to current code.

We had a leak. I called 6 different roof repair companys trying to have someone come out to review and repair or replace my roof. Some said flat out sorry too busy, the rest set up appointments out about a week. Later that day Mt Hood Roof Restoration Inc. called back and said they had a team who were free to come out and evaluate my roof. I'll tell you, my husband and I were pretty convinced that we were going to need a new roof. The gentlemen from MHRR said we could get a few more years out of our roof. It only need a few replacement tiles around the vent pipes. They told me they could even finish it up that day. I was so happy I asked if they could also clean the moss off and clean out the gutters. For that they needed to come back another day. The work was completed and cleaned up well. As it proceeded to rain for another number of days, we could see that the repairs actually worked. I will definately will be calling them back when I needed my new roof.

Great. They did an excellent job. The new roofing style really enhances the look of our Colonial Home. We were amazed at the difference in curb appeal, and even the neighbors were commenting on how nice it looked. Although the sample boards were helpful, we were happy we listened to their recommendation to drive around looking at the various styles of roofs (from their installation list) as this provided a better view of the installed product.
They were fast, efficient, competitively priced and did an excellent job (I have performed roofing installations in the past and I observed their work practices during installation...and no leaks after 1 year). They cleaned up after the project. Overall an excellent experience. Dan (owner) is great to work with. I would highly recommend Dan and Mt. Hood Roof Restoration.

we had Dan out for a bid, he spent quite a bit of time on the roof checking it out. Gave us a bid and we called him back the next day and ok'd it. We had to wait for about 3 weeks as he was fully booked till then. The 1st day they stripped the old roofing,cleaned the roof,put on new plywood cut the holes for the new vents in the soffits and did some clean up.the 2nd day they put on the roofing finished the soffit vents installed the attic fan and did a through job of cleaning up. The crew were very polite and did a very efficient job.

The material quality I selected was not used, although I did not get charged for the next grade of tile I had asked for. Cleaned up nicely. Got the job finished in a timely manner.

They did a beautiful job, and a good clean up as well.

We called several people to come out for bids. Dan showed up quickly and on time. He was the only contractor to spend time really looking at the condition of the roof, the flashing, the ventilation, etc. He was there for 2 hours going over everything and talking to us about his recomendations. He was clean-cut, didn't cuss, he truck was clean and well marked, he came ready to do business. We knew right away that this company would be a great choice over everyone else. His crew was professional and hard working. Dan was there everyday working right along with his crew. They were so clean you couldn't even tell they had been there except that the new roof looked so wonderful.

This was a manufactured home where the last roofer (only 5 years ago!) put another layer of shingles over an already existing layer. You can't do this on a manuf. home. In addition to the problems this created for the house, Dan also saw the issue with no roof venting and took the time to put the vents in so the house would breath properly. He could have just replaced the roof and have been done with it, but he was concerned with mildew and future problems for us. He also found problem areas with the flashing and skylights caused by the faulty roof and his crew fixed those also. When they were done they took the time to wash and clean the high windows and skylights.

We just couldn't be more pleased with his work, his attention to detail, his care and concern over our home, as if he were doing it for his own parents. We would recomend him over anyone else. He comes with a list of references you can call and one of them on the list was right down the street from us. We called them and they said the same things that we just outlined above. This is an outstanding company. Not the least expensive, but we saw the character and lack of knowledge with the other contractors that bid cheaper, and like my grandpa always said.... You get what you pay for. We know we got the best. Thanks Dan and Crew!

Excellent. Dan is top notch!

I was very inpressed with the way Dan Head of Mt. Hood Roof Restoration checked the whole roof thoroughly and found several things that needed to be taken care of. The other contractors who looked at the job did not see all the problems. Mt. Hood Roof Restoration was prompt in doing the job and did a good job cleaning up.

Overall, they were great. They were very nice guys and did great work. I recommended him to my brother when he needed his roof fixed and they did a great job for him as well.

Dan came to our home within several hours of making contact with him for an estimate. He carefully explained our options and made suggestions and then let us decide the course of action. Once we hired Dan, his crew was at our house the next day for "tear off", and the new roof was finished on the second day. It was a large (over 4000 ft) roof, and we were very impressed with the speed of his crew as well as the professionalism of everyone. They took special care in cleanup, and we are very happy with the results and with the experience.

We called Dan and two others to simply get a quote for a leaking roof. Dan answered and set up an appointment on Saturday. When Dan came on Saturday, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it. We now have NO leak.

We would be happy to refer Dan's company to anyone needing a new roof.
