Mt. Hood Ductless

Went smoothly, only took them a couple hours to install my mini-split and were overall awesome!

Mt. Hood Ductless fit me in when no one else could. They were prompt, polite, thorough and honest. They did our entire house and were finished the job quickly. They cleaned up everything before they left and walked each of us through all of the settings. The system works perfectly. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome! I contacted PGE about a ductless heat pump and they sent our request to Aaron at Mt. Hood Ductless. He called me right away and within a few days he came and gave us an estimate, even calling his distributor from my house to check what they had in stock. He even got us a rebate that had already ended as well as some other discounts/rebates we weren't aware of. About two weeks later, Camden was here installing our new heat pump! We were told it would take 4 hours and they finished 4 minutes early. They were very professional and even helped move our TV and a glass table out of the way so they wouldn't drop anything on them. I got a quote from another company and they wanted more money for a much smaller unit and they were already booked into January back in early October. I would definitely use Mt. Hood Ductless again and highly recommend them to anyone interested in a ductless heat pump! They were also very nice to my cats who were very interested in what was going on!

Excellent and effortless. For several years Aaron McNally has worked with ductless installations at my condos. He came highly recommended and we were so glad when he started his own Mt. Hood Ductless company. I finally decided to try out the Ductless system and have been thrilled with it ever since. Aaron went over and beyond what I hoped for. He sent me the exact condo paperwork and specs for my unit. My HOA fast tracked their approval for the installation because it was Aaron ( who is an expert and has done such good work for us ). The day it was installed, at the end of July 2021, Aaron had an electrician on site, as well as a couple of workmen and the rewiring needed, installation, testing were all done in one day. Aaron was checking in all day long as he was also installing another Daikin Ductless in another part of my condos. I am relieved that this ductless unit has a limited 12 year warranty on all parts of the unit. Aaron even offered to fill in all of the seven ( !! ) technical pages online, enabling me to get a check from Energy Trust of Oregon in a couple of months for their $800 refund! That lovely refund was in addition to a PGE discount and a special seasonal discount Aaron was offering at the time. In total, I saved $1,400 thanks to Aaron's efficient and knowledgeable work. It was a huge step for me but Aaron made it so much easier and I have enjoyed the unit in heat and in cold! Thank you so much again, Aaron!

Mt.Hood ductless is a great company to work with. The installers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. I’d recommend them to my friends and family for sure.
