Absolutely love Dave and Tricia! I've never had a cleaning service before and they have certainly set the bar. My husband and I recently moved and I quickly realized I could not clean the house myself. I love walking out of my home office to a spotless house. They pay such close attention to detail--as far as wiping baseboards and cleaning my coffee pot! If you're looking for a family-owned and operated team that is worth the money and quality--these guys are it!

I have been enjoying the service of Elan Cleaners for over two years. They are efficient, fast and trustworthy. They work around my two cats and arrange their toys in a creative manner. I love to come home and see the work they have accomplished. I get an email prior to their arrival to let me know what time to expect them. We have arranged an estimated time of arrival, but life happens.

I have used a number of cleaning services over the last 10 years and none have even been close.
Elan does an excellent job and is on time and quick.
Their communication is excellent and they are easily reached by phone or text.
i wish we would have found them years earlier, as they do a far superior job than our "budget" cleaners at pretty much the same price.

Tricia and Dave are amazing people to work with. Just as the other reviews noted, Tricia came out to do the walk through and the bid. She was very professional and just a wonderful person to be around. They bid the weekly cleaning and I asked them to start immediately. They always asked if there were any special items to pay attention to or spend more time on, each time they cleaned. If I ever needed anything, I was able to leave them a note with instructions and Dave and the crew always handled every request. They were flexible with the schedule if I ever had company or a dinner party coming up and needed the services on a particular day or time. I don't know many other companies that have the ability to be so flexible. I have 2 small kitties and I think they had more fun with Dave and the crew than they did me. :-). My life is so hectic and I didn't want to spend every weekend cleaning my house. They simplified my life, and took things off my plate so that when I had downtime, I actually got to enjoy it. You won't regret calling Élan for all of your house cleaning/keeping needs. The bonus is that you also get to add a few more amazing people (Dave, Tricia and the crew) to your life.

Tricia and Dave are just great! They have been cleaning for us for several months and they do a wonderful job. If there is some cleaning product you don't like or would prefer, they are happy to change what they use. We got a very reasonable price quote and Trish was personable and professional when she showed up to do the bid. They are pet lovers too!

The couple that owns Elan is so easy to deal with. When I started their service, I must have changed the dates of the first two services at least 10 times. They were very understanding and readily changed to times that work for me. I really appreciated that they worked on Saturday mornings, which matches my schedule perfectly. It was so great to come home to a clean house that smelled great. Very reachable and quick to respond. Everything put back where it belonged. Great service and results.

I had Elan Cleaning and Home Services come to clean our condo. Prior to the cleaning one of the owners, Tricia, visited our condo for a walk-thru and bid. I was struck by how friendly, yet extremely professional Tricia was. The monthly cleaning bid was reasonably priced considering the broad scope of what they offered service-wise. I have had several cleaners come in and they have done a third of what Elan offered to do. They did a great job and I was happy with the results!

Elan is such a fitting name for this business. By definition, Elan means vitality, vivacity and energy. And that is what Tricia and David provide every time they come to our home. They go the extra mile when it comes to attention to detail; leaving our home not only very clean and orderly just as we request, but everything is always completed with a finishing touch. This superior service enables us to always be ready for guests to drop in, even unexpectedly. We are so happy to have Elan Home Services on our team and whole heartedly recommend them.

Recently I had my in-laws coming for the weekend. I am a busy professional and had a business trip planned that was going to get me back at midnight the night before they were to arrive. My house was a wreck and I had no time to clean it. I had used services before and yes they would mop the floors and vacuum but they did not make it look like I had done it myself - my way - with a perfectly puffed bed and flowers in the hallway and scent spray in the air. I had to do something. I was out of time and out of options. I had met Tricia and Dave, the owners of Elan, at a business event. They struck me as business professionals that just might be different from the services I had used in the past. I decided to give it a try. They listened to what I needed and wanted in a home clean and then asked what else the could do. Imagine that! I had a list of errands. They agreed to do them all including pick up flowers for the hallway. Wow! What a resource. What a relief. When I walked in at midnight it looked just like I had spent the day doing it myself. Thanks Tricia, Dave and crew, you made me look good!

Trish and Dave, owners or Elan Cleaning and Home Services, are extremely professional. They are prompt, very thorough and very reasonably priced. I fully trust them to clean my home even when I am not there and highly recommend them to others looking for a sparkling home cleaning.

I got three bids from cleaning companies, and I was irritated by the other two bids because they wanted to charge me extra for the first cleaning. This didn't make sense to me because I had another housekeeper and I was happy with her work. The other housekeeper quit so I had to find another company. Elan Cleaning gave me a bi-weekly price that beat the others and they didn't charge extra for the first clean. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Tricia and Dave. They were very professional from the get-go and I felt comfortable having them come in. They were in and out in no time, but boy, was I amazed at the job they did. The place is pristine, they didn't miss a beat. And, the beds were made up wonderfully, the pillows fluffed just so, and the towells in the bathrooms all straightened out better than I've ever attempted to do.The house smelled amazing and the floors... the floors have never shined like this before! I don't know what they used, but my floors are really hard to clean because they are older and the hardwood in not in the best shape. They far exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to their return in two weeks. One side note, I have two kitty cats that I'm slightly attached too. Tricia learned their names during the bid and remembered them on her return and paid special attention to them. I can tell they are not going to mind having her around!
