Had a leak in my basement. Spoke with a few people about the problem, but Tom came up with the most cost effective solution - grading the backyard to slope away from the house. Tom came by, spent a great deal of time looking over the entire house, returned a week or so later, and resloped my yard. He spent two days, the yard looks great, and now that the rain has started, I can see it worked! Not only that, but no more blackberries...
