Jordan was able to repair our furnace on the same day I called him. He was very knowledgeable and discovered the problem immediately. We are all warm and cozy again. I would definitely recommend him.

Jordan was the model of good service. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (blown fuse). He then did inspections of the furnace and heat pump, gave me good suggestions for ongoing maintenance, and diagnosed a problem that was about to happen. I've hired him to come back and fix (capacitor on fan in heat pump). I've already recommended Jordan to another friend. Very worthwhile and cost-efficient. One great thing about Jordan is that he really knows HVAC but is also very knowledgeable about modern smarthome devices, such as the Google Nest. A+++

This is the 2nd time we've hired Jordan's company to to HVAC work for us. This time was a major job of overhauling my mothers aged system. Jordan is personable, professional and of very high integrity. His team was enjoyable to work with and at the end of the day, the very difficult job got done and within budget. We hit a few road blocks due to manufacturer system issues, but he was patient and showed up daily to work on the system until fixed and this was during the holidays. I highly recommend Jordan and Climate Kinds Heating and AC. It's great to work with good people. Even our dogs liked them and that matters a lot to us.

We spent nearly 1k with Climate Kings, and it didn't solve the problem. Second visit to see why visit #1 didn't do the trick, and the technician recommended another expensive part. To his credit, he did not charge me for the visit. He seemed a little out of his depth, so I decided that since I'd pay a service call anyway, I'd try another company. Their solution didn't include new parts, just cleaning and repair to the burners, and a new seal for the vent. It did the trick for less than $300 dollars.

They reponded immediately to my request and scheduled for the next day. I got a call when they were on their way, arrived promptly and did the job for a fair price.

Showed up as expected on time. Took just a few minutes to diagnose the problem on our furnace and replace the electric igniter. The charges for the house call and diagnosis were fine but the charges for replacing the igniter were a bit excessive for a $20 part and 10 minutes of work.

Jordan always provides excellent service. Last winter he expedited the replacement of our furnace in the middle of a cold snap. Since then he installed high tech thermostats and other electronics in our home. To top it all off, he referred us to a roof contractor who performed some needed repairs on short notice. Thanks Jordan!

Great! Renter called a company prior to alerting us of the problem. Spoke to their repairman who told me the circuit board was toast and I could replace it for $600. The other alternative was to install a new furnace for about $5000. Since our tenant has no authority to hire repairmen. We got to work and found Climate Kings. They were on time, found the problem quickly. left for 1/2 hour to purchase the "HSI" which had stopped firing (gas), installed it. The diagnosis was $99 (others wer $129 and above just to find the problem), the part and installation was $229. We were so please by his competence, knowledge and ethical standards that we had him give the furnace a tune up and cleaning. The whole job was $433 (he gave us a $35 discount for letting him give us a quote when we need a new furnace ($3000) A great find when you know little about the function of a furnace and are given truthful information at a dynamite price.
