I hired Cipriano Construction to remove 2 mobile homes. I found them to be very considerate of my specific needs. The mobile homes were placed tight besides structures and trees. Dave was able to safely remove the homes and not damage the other property. He is very skilled. I highly recommend them.

Shar and Dave Cipriano are the nicest people! So easy to work with! Dave removed an old house and shed that were falling down. Everything was done properly from removing debris to taking out concrete to filling the septic tank to erosion control. The land all around was leveled and growth was removed. It looks beautiful now! I highly recommend them.

This is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. He is ethical, honest and meticulous. Additionally, he is very easy to work with as is Shar. Dave did a complete demolition of a 3 level home and debris haul-off, as well as filling in the gaping hole left by the basement. It was perfect! You would never know a home ever existed in that location. There is no reason to look anywhere else but Cipriano Construction.

Great people to work with. Char is his friendly office person. Everything was followed through in a timely manner, and they did an excellent job. After the barn was torn down and hauled away, Dave graded out the land. It looks fantastic!

After having a major fire in our residence we found Dave and Shar at Cipriano Construction through Home Advisors. We needed a complete demolition and site clean up. They prepared a comprehensive bid and walked us through the process. Shar was like a "momma bear" advocating for us through the permit process with local government. When it came time for the actual work Dave did a very professional job. Together Dave and Shar far exceeded our expectations. We would send anyone we know to them without hesitation.

We purchased a 3/4 acre piece of property in Hillsboro, Oregon with two old houses on it. We wanted to build a new home but keep part of the old house, (the pump house and storage room.) After getting several bids on the job we choose Cipriano Construction Company. They were priced fairly, honest, prompt, and Dave did an excellent job preserving the part we wanted to keep and clearing out the rest. Shar in the office always kept us up on what was happening, made money saving recommendations and Dave's work is exceptional. If you have demolition work and want it done right, I would highly recommend this company.

When calling for estimates when getting my hm demo'd, I spoke to several companies & most just wanted to do over the phone estimates w/out actually seeing the property. Though I spoke to other demo companies, Shar, w/ Cipriano Construction Co. explained the demolition process & gave me a "heads up" on making sure other the other bids included those items. And Dave did an amazing job! And they took "personal" to a whole new level as my house had been burned down, & it was very emotional & the day of the demo Shar took me out for breakfast to keep my mind off of it! They also followed up to make sure we were happy w/ his wk! I would definitely recommend them & use them again! Karen B.

I owned a recreational cabin near Rhododendron, OR. that had sustained irreparable damage do to broken water pipes. The Forestry Dept. condemned the structure and gave me a list of "unlicensed" local contractors who quoted me more to demolish the cabin than I had paid for it, not including permits, dumping and recycling fees. Cipriano Construction immediately had a quote to me in less than 48 hours that included all permits and removal fees along with a list of specialty sub-contractors to do things like asbestos removal and decommissioning the septic system, to save me a little more.Their quote was one third that of the recommended "locals", keeping me informed of the progress, on a daily basis. Cipriano Construction completed the demolition and clean up two weeks ahead of schedule, leaving such a pristine site the forest rangers had trouble determining where the cabin and out buildings were previously located. All business was conducted via telephone, and I have yet to meet the them personally. Their professionalism and attention to detail is unsurpassed and I will recommend this company for any excavation or demolition work.

The Cipriano Construction Company is prompt, friendly, and darn good at what they do. They took all the fear out of our project for the home owner and got the job done. I will always recommend them as a top notch company with fair prices. I cannot thank David and Shar enough for there honesty and hard work. They are the best out there. Its not easy finding people that do what they say will. Dave is one of those guys. He is professional, cares about the customer and the work he does. Their pricing was very competitive. Their job performance and follow-through from beginning to end was thorough and complete. They went over the top to help us coordinate every aspect of demolition that included permitting and haz mat abatement.
